The hotel is located in one of the more popular areas of Tenerife and it's understandable why. The hotel also offers guests the choice of three outdoor pools, two adult swimming pools and one children's pool. Standard rooms offer guests two single beds (pushed together as a double room), plus private bathroom, desk, hair dryer and satellite TV. Air conditioning is fitted in all rooms. A mini fridge and safe is also available in all rooms at an additional charge. WiFi is available in all rooms.
Side sea view rooms offer a partial view of the sea, just to help you feel that little bit more on holiday. These rooms have enjoy a terrace or balcony with the same amenities and facilities as standard rooms (private bathroom with bathtub, hair dryer, TV, free Wi-Fi).

There are loads of activities on offer at the hotel. The kids club for 5 to 12 year olds in the mornings and afternoons offers a wide range of activities. Pool sports, arts and crafts, treasure hunts and an inflatable, bouncy castle, and even cooking classes are perfect for keeping children entertained. For adults, sports activities including a tennis court, aerobics, football, darts, bowls and even dance therapy are also available.
Whether you're in Tenerife in April, July, September or November, you'll be on holiday for the sunshine. A children's pool and two adults pools (one of which is a heated pool in winter), sun loungers around the pool area, plus a pool bar, make this hotel perfect for relaxing poolside in the Canarian sunshine. The all inclusive package includes breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as snacks during the day at the dedicated Palapa all inclusive bar. House wine, juices, soft drinks and beers are available at meal times as part of the all inclusive drinks package, and local alcoholic drinks are available during the day and evening. Positive reviews from customers commented on how clean the hotel was, as well as the good food on offer in the restaurant and the excellent staff. Negative comments were about how busy the hotel restaurant got in the evening, about the noise from nearby bars (which is to be expected when staying in popular Playa de las Americas near the bars of Veronicas strip), and that one or two customers had noticed cockroches around the hotel.
